It was a dramatic end to the WFS Over 65’s Premiership at Oriam National Performance Centre, Edinburgh today where Pollok Utd were crowned Champions of our national league.

Stenhousemuir started on top but slipped up with a draw against Linlithgow Rose which opened the door to Pollok who won all their 3 games and won the league impressively, being unbeaten all season.

It was Pollok’s name that was last on the trophy winning the Over 65’s League in 2021 and after a year break, they had their hands on the trophy again which was presented by former Hearts captain, Andy Webster who we are grateful to.

We would like to thank all players, clubs, referees and venue staff for a terrific final day of the season and due to the growth in this age category we will therefore see an East and West League next year.

Congratulations Pollok Utd!
