From its outset, Arthur Duncan was one of Walking Football's strongest advocates.

After he died in 2021, Walking Football Scotland launched a cup in his memory:- โ€˜๐—ง๐—ต๐—ฒ ๐—”๐—ฟ๐˜๐—ต๐˜‚๐—ฟ ๐——๐˜‚๐—ป๐—ฐ๐—ฎ๐—ป ๐— ๐—ฒ๐—บ๐—ผ๐—ฟ๐—ถ๐—ฎ๐—น ๐—”๐˜„๐—ฎ๐—ฟ๐—ฑโ€™, for outstanding contribution to Walking Football in Scotland.

Today marked its inaugural presentation (by Arthurโ€™s widow Elaine) at the Regional Performance Centre, Dundee, to ๐™ˆ๐™–๐™œ๐™จ ๐™ˆ๐™ช๐™ž๐™ง of Carnoustie Panmure for all her outstanding efforts in coaching, baking, fundraising and general organising for her team.
