GLASGOW LIFE PARKINSON'S VISIT HAMPDEN PARK

It was the turn of the Glasgow Life - Parkinson’s group who enjoyed, along with their partners and friends, our partnership with Scottish Football Museum and Football Memories Scotland with a visit and tour of Hampden Park today.

The Parkinson’s group initially set up by Glasgow Life has grown over the last number of years and is supported by partners, Parkinson’s UK and Celtic FC Foundation with a weekly session taking place at Toryglen Regional Football Centre.

The group met on a bitterly cold day and enjoyed their tour before changing the Home dressing room and taking part in a walking football match within the Warm Up Area before enjoying reminiscing around the Hampden Museum.

We thank our friends at Hampden Museum and Football Memories Scotland for another enjoyable day and if any other clubs are looking for a similar experience, please contact Matt Ramsay at matt@walkingfootballscotland.org
