Club News

Our clubs have had a busy start to the year with over 100 players attending our workshops, taking part in club friendlies, competitive events and receiving their new bibs courtesy of our charity sponsors Chest, Heart & Stroke Scotland.

Clubs including EKYM, Ayr Utd and Dumbarton FC have proudly been showing off their CHSS bibs and we are once again grateful of the support we have from our charity partners.

It has been exciting to see the developments of the game in the North of the country, where Aberdeen Community Trust kicked off their new Parkinson’s WF session with support from Parkinson’s UK and WFS Regional Rep, Drew Wilson. We look forward in sharing some exciting news and developments on this area soon.

In the East, Street Soccer Scotland held their first ever walking football tournament to mark the opening of the new facility, Change Centre Dundee. 8 teams took part and it was the hosts that were victorious defeating St James on penalty kicks in the final after a 1-1 draw.
