O60's EAST PREMIERSHIP

It’s was the final day of the season today for the WFS Over 60’s East Premiership taking place at Oriam National Performance Centre, Edinburgh where Hearts 98’ were crowned champions for a second successive year.

It was another tense final day with teams at the top dropping points but it was Hearts 98’ who came out on top again, 1 point clear of challengers Dundee Utd CT who seal Champions League football alongside third placed, Linlithgow Rose CFC as well.

We were grateful of the support of former Scotland and Hearts Manager, Craig Levein who presented the winning trophy and medals today and we thank him for his continual support.

Congratulations to Hearts and a well done to all players, clubs, referees, regional reps and venue staff in ensuring a successful season in the East of Scotland.
